Central Florida Airbnb Wedding with a Waterfront View

Amanda + Will’s wedding was full of my favorite things – an intimate crowd, soft + romantic details, and a beautiful waterfront view. Being from Florida, but now living in Washington, the couple decided to go with an Airbnb for their intimate wedding. It was the perfect spot for a chilly spring time Florida wedding.

 

Ceremony took place on the property’s front lawn, the perfect lush, tropical, classic Florida backdrop. The decor was minimal, with soft + whimsical touches. Lanterns hung from a large oak tree, and bench with a cupid statute served as an accent, and the florals were full of whites and hints of blush. It looked like such a dream.

Reception took place on the dock overlooking the water, and we had the most perfect weather for it! A classic Florida spring evening, a little warm in the middle of the afternoon with a strong cool breeze. As the night went on, it got a little chillier but the dancing kept everyone warmed up! The reception decor had vintage candlesticks, gold accents, and pops of blush – a little glam mixed with some adorable vintage finds – my favorite!

The best part about using an Airbnb as your wedding venue? Waking up + falling asleep in the same spot you’ll be celebrating! Harbor Stay is absolutely stunning – so that’s just another reason to consider taking 50 of your loved ones and making a weekend out of your wedding. The home has a huge deck overlooking the water, set up high on a seawall, so there’s the sweetest little dock area next to the water, below the main event deck, perfect and private for your first look. Yes obviously I’m going to say you should do a first look, but this isn’t a post about that.
