Florida Downtown Elopement

Want to skip the traditional wedding and do something fun + spontaneous with your partner instead? This elopement inspiration shoot is for you! The vision behind this wedding was basically travel and fun; I decided “let’s tell a story.” You and your fiancé visit a new town, take a long weekend, and elope. You wake up together on your wedding day, have champagne in your suite + get ready together, then spend your wedding evening chasing sunsets on rooftops in a cozy little beach town. What could be better than that?!

 

Imagine how nice it would be waking up next your best friend on the day of your wedding?! Y’all have a nice and relaxed getting ready process – just you, your partner, your vendors, and champagne. What more could ya need?

After that we headed straight for the rooftop bar. It was approaching golden hour, and we wanted to officially kick off the celebration. While there weren’t too many design elements to pull together for this shoot – I am obsessed with the bride’s bouquet! I wanted to focus on colors that brought in happiness, and warmth, so immediately I thought yellow and it really does standout in the photos. I’m so happy we got to add a pop of color!

As the sun started to set we decided to head to another rooftop, the downtown parking garage. There’s lots of skyline views that sit west so it’s a stunning spot for sunset!
